Full time
You Will:
- Gain a deep understanding of our customers and the needs of end users using research, interviews and data analysis to improve customer experience
- Identify the interests, needs, and challenges of each prospective customer
- Support implementation of an end-user adoption platform
- Utilize Zapier or other integration tools to design and build custom integrations.
- Work with Product Marketing to ensure we can articulate and promote the benefits of our products with “how to” articles, blogs, webinars, and short videos
- Effectively communicate our value proposition at all organizational levels
- Set user adoption strategy and establish a program roadmap
